The Lake Placid Pee-Wee Athletic Association was formed in 1959 to support youth hockey in Lake Placid. Since then, we've become the LPYAA and broadened our youth sport offerings. But we've partnered with the Saranac Lake Youth Pee-Wee Association to form the Sara-Placid Lakers, our home youth hockey team!

The Laker's offer programs for the following levels:
- Learn To Skate
- 6U
- 8U
- 10U
- 12U
- *14U Boys and Girls
- *16U Boys and Girls and beyond
*Subject to interest
WHEN
Registration opens mid-August
Season begins mid-October and runs through early March.
Where
Practices occur at both the Olympic Center in Lake Placid and the Saranac Lake Civic Center in Saranac Lake.
Games are scheduled throughout the greater Adirondack region.
