Lake Placid Youth Athletic Association (LPYAA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. We offer organizations the ability
to sponsor all sports, one sport, or our hockey tournament. General information is listed below, followed by links to all
available sponsorship opportunities . In-kind donations, always welcome.
Mission Statement: The Lake Placid Youth Athletic Association exists to introduce, instruct and promote sustained participation in sports to the youth in Lake Placid and surrounding communities. They include (to date) soccer, hockey, basketball, volleyball, baseball & softball.
Overall funding goes toward:
· Accelerating participation in LPYAA sports
· Keeps the cost of our programs low
· Provides for essential equipment, team uniforms and tournament fees
· Promotes and encourages an active lifestyle
· Builds fundamental values such as work ethic, teamwork and sportsmanship
· Training and education for coaches and volunteers
· Assists with field upgrades and maintenance
Sponsor benefits:

Sponsorship audience:
- Target audience is the North Country from athletes, parents, coaches and visiting teams
- For certain sports the audience of visitors comes from various parts of the Northeast
- LPYAA soccer engages approximately 250+ soccer athletes, 125+ hockey athletes, and 130+ softball/ baseball athletes.
- Visiting teams and their families frequently make a trip out of their time Lake Placid, eating in local restaurants, experiencing attractions and many times staying in hotels/ motels for a night or the weekend.
- Building a community of athletes that goes on to recognized collegiate programs.
